Patterns are digital files. Your download link appears the moment your payment goes through, so there is nothing to send back, and bought patterns are not refundable.
When I will refund you anyway
- You were charged twice, or bought the same pattern twice by accident.
- A download will not work, or a file will not open, and I cannot fix it for you.
Write to support@amanitacrochet.shop and I will sort it out. I would rather you had a pattern that works than a refund, so tell me what went wrong and let me try first.
Before you buy
Every pattern page lists the finished size, the hook, the yarn I used and how many pages the pattern runs to, and the photos show what the piece looks like finished. If you are not sure a pattern suits you, ask me through the contact form and I will tell you honestly.
